For missing access, a damaged ZIP archive, or a billing question, email studio@loomandledger.com with the order reference.
Pattern and printing help
Include the edition name, PDF reader, paper format, printer setting, measured test square, and a photograph or screenshot. Please avoid sending an entire altered pattern file.
Errata reports
If a marking, measurement, or instruction appears inconsistent, tell us the page, step, size, and unit system. Verified corrections are recorded and supplied to affected purchasers.
Privacy and response time
Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@loomandledger.com. Studio email is reviewed on business days, with a usual response within two business days.
Please include your order reference, pattern edition, print format, and the step or file involved.
