Terms of Service
These terms apply to the Loom & Ledger website, its PDF sewing patterns, instructions, illustrations, and associated digital licenses.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate checkout details, and use the shop lawfully. Do not disrupt the service, misuse payment systems, scrape protected files, or circumvent access controls.
Pattern license
Copyright in pattern pieces, grading, instructions, diagrams, and photography remains with Loom & Ledger. Your purchase grants only the use stated in the included license. Sharing source files, reproducing them for a class, or reselling altered copies requires written permission.
Finished items
Whether finished objects may be sold depends on the product license. Where small-scale sales are allowed, the digital pattern itself must remain private and the finished item must not be represented as made or endorsed by Loom & Ledger.
Fit, materials, and skill
Listings identify sizes, finished measurements, formats, and intended skill level. Fabric behaviour and individual construction choices vary. Customers are responsible for checking measurements, making a test garment where appropriate, and using tools safely.
Orders and availability
The contract begins when payment is confirmed and download access is supplied. We may cancel and refund duplicate orders, obvious pricing errors, unavailable files, or transactions reasonably suspected of fraud.
Legal limits
We do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded by law. To the permitted extent, liability is limited to direct remedies for the purchased digital product and does not include indirect loss, material costs, or time spent on an unsuccessful project.
